3. Delivery Policy
We offer delivery services across selected Sydney suburbs. While we make every effort to deliver orders at the requested time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). Accurate recipient details must be provided. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Refunds and Exchanges

5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for refund, especially if the flowers have already been prepared or dispatched.
