To keep your flowers looking fresh for as long as possible:

• Trim the stems at an angle before placing them in water.
• Use a clean vase and change the water every 1–2 days.
• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit.
• Remove any wilted petals or leaves to prevent bacteria buildup.

With proper care, most fresh flower arrangements last 4–7 days. Some varieties, like roses or lilies, may last longer, while delicate blooms may have a shorter lifespan.

Yes! We do our best to accommodate special flower requests. However, availability depends on seasonal stock and supply. If a requested flower is not available, we will substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our cut-off time (typically 12 PM). Please check our delivery page or contact us to confirm availability for your location.

If the recipient is not available, our courier will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place at the delivery address. If this isn’t possible, we will contact the sender or recipient to arrange redelivery or pickup (additional charges may apply).

Absolutely. We offer in-store pickup at our Chinatown Sydney location. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and choose your preferred time.

Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery and include a photo of the damaged flowers. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible. For full details, see our Refund & Exchange Policy.

We deliver on weekends, but availability may vary on public holidays. Please check with us in advance if you need flowers for a special date.

Yes. You can include a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll print it on a complimentary gift card to accompany your arrangement.
